PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for offering the access to coelomic is provided to easily implement the device position setting within coelomic by forming the seal member to be movable for the housing and the retractor. CONSTITUTION: A retractor(18) is configured to extend from a housing(16) to an arc. The housing is combined to the retractor to be removable. A seal member(26) is combined to the housing. First and second fixing seal ports(12a, 12b) and first and second driving seal ports(14a, 14b) are expanded through the seal member.
