<p>The bracket (1) has a base (2) with a surface (3) for attachment to a tooth. A groove (4) is provided for insertion of an oblong wire (5), where two guides (9) run transverse to the groove. A slide (6) is designed as a plate, and is guided in the guides in a linearly movable manner for closing and opening the groove. The slide is clamped and non-removably fixed in the guides and is present at the front at the base in a closed position. The groove exhibits a rectangular cross-sectional shape. The bracket exhibits total height of about 1.7 mm.</p> |
