PURPOSE: A method for integrating tungsten carbide particles in a cast-steel plate is provided to improve the abrasion resistance and strength of a steel plate by adding tungsten particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for integrating tungsten carbide particles in a cast-steel plate comprises steps of: placing a screen mesh on a steel plate, putting tungsten and alloy materials on the screen mesh, and forming an alloy layer in an electric furnace. The alloy layer comprises nickel 5~80 weight%, chrome 5~50 weight%, silicon 0.5~10 weight%, carbon 0.2~3 weight%, iron 2~10 weight%, cobalt 0.5~40 weight%, molybdenum 0.5~10 weight%, tungsten 2~50 weight%, and special alloy 0.5~10 weight%. |
