PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing beverage containing gelled is provided to manufacture beverage having gelled materials with different physical property. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing beverage comprises: a step of filling beverage(10) in a container(30); a step of filling gelling solution(20) to the container; and a step of sealing the container. A gelled material(21) is formed by mixing the gelling solution and beverage in the container. The method is performed in a sterile state. The beverage is coffee, milk, tea, soyben milk, fruit juice, water, or mixture thereof.
