The aqueous mixture contains approximately 10 g/l to approximately 25 g/l of at least one bleaching agent that contains dithionite and approximately 10 g/l to approximately 75 g/l of at least one carbon-containing alkali, whereby the mixture has a pH value in a range from approximately 7.8 to approximately 9.2 . An independent claim is also included for a decolorizing mixture for making an inventive aqueous mixture.
