<p>Disclosed are a method for selective labeling of target nucleic acids on an array having nucleic acid analogue, e.g. PNA (peptide nucleic acid), probes immobilized on a support or supports, comprising adding to the array a detectable label and an agent for introducing the label into the target nucleic acids, after hybridization between the target nucleic acids and the nucleic acid analogue probes, and a method for detection of target nucleic acids using the same.</p> |
