PURPOSE: An automatic vending machine is provided to cool down product stocked in an upper part of a cooling room by extracting a cool air below an insulation partition plate. CONSTITUTION: A goods accommodating unit has a door at the front thereof. A goods rack(20) sends back goods. A heating and ventilation unit is arranged on the ceiling of the goods accommodating unit. A cooling inlet duct comprises a suction hole. A cooling outlet duct(60) has an outlet hole. A cooling floor duct(50) communicates the cooling inlet duct and the cooling outlet duct. A ventilation unit is installed in the cooling floor duct.
