PURPOSE: An elastic press plate and an elastic press plate walking road using the same are provided, which can be conveniently and hygienically attached. CONSTITUTION: An elastic press plate is constituted as follows. A finger pressure protrusion(20) and a supporter are unified in a plated construction. A supporter(10) is composed of rubber material including the phyllite fine powder. The finger pressure protrusion is comprised of one of natural stone or artificial stone. The finger pressure protrusion is combined with the supporter. The supporter is molded by mixing rubber 50-80 parts by weight, phyllite powder 10-30 parts by weight, and binder 10-20 weight.
