摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predetect go-around traveling more rapidly than in the past and to support a driver's destination search on the basis of the detection. SOLUTION: On this car navigation device, a next crossing identification part 26 identifies a next crossing at a time point when a turn indicator is operated on the basis of own vehicle's position and map data in the turn indicator operation. A right/left turn route prediction part 27 predicts a road followingly stretching from a road ahead turning in the direction of the indicator operation at the identified next crossing as a route after the turning of the vehicle. A go-around traveling prediction part 28 determines that crossing with a past travel route takes place, with the travel route recorded in a record medium by a traveling route recording means. A map display part 29, a route calculation part 30, a route guidance part 31, and a sound generation part 32 perform display control for supporting destination search based on the determination of the prediction part 28.
