PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing real estate property using communication network are provided to execute as proxy in tasks managing asset related to real estate, thereby conveniently managing real estate of both an owner and a user. CONSTITUTION: A facilities manager(120) provides service managing real estate facility through the internet. A leasing manager(130) act as substitute for a lessor according to rental contract of real estate. The lease administration part offers rental management task agency service. A billing manager(140) acts as a proxy in processing administrative expense of real estate. |
