PURPOSE: Aramid pulp and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively operate a beating process and a dissociation process by removing en emulsion from an aramid chopped fiber. CONSTITUTION: Aramid pulp contains less than 0.5wt% of emulsion inside the pulp. The freeness of the aramid pulp is lower than 400ml. A manufacturing method of the aramid pulp comprises a beating process and a dissociation process. Either one of the processes uses a foreign-matter remover(200) to improve the dispersibility of the aramid pulp. The foreign-matter remover is selected from the group consisting of the high frequency pulse, sulfuric acid waste water, or alkali waste water. |
