PURPOSE: Methods for collecting a natural gas and eliminating nitrogen are provided to efficiently separate the natural gas from nitrogen using a constant pressure open type ring cooling technique. CONSTITUTION: A gas stream contains nitrogen, methane, ethane, propane, and other C3+ hydrocarbon is sorted into a light part including nitrogen, methane, ethane, and propane and a rich part including propane and other C3+ hydrocarbon. In a first separator, the light part is separated into three or more parts including a nitrogen-rich part and a nitrogen-depleted part. The nitrogen-rich part is collected from a high pressure surface(158H). In a second separator, the nitrogen-depleted part is separated into a propane-rich part and a propane-deleted part. A part of the propane-deleted part is collected as a natural gas solution product stream. |
