Adapter

The adapter (10) has a first adapter connector (11) for connecting a connector of a control arrangement. A second adapter connector (12) conforms to ISO 7638standard. A third adapter connector (13) conforms to ISO 12098standard. The second connector and the third connector are merged in the first adapter connector. Discrete switching signals received via the second and thirds connector are partially converted into data bus-signals, which are transferred via the first connector.
