PURPOSE: An interface device based on touch and a method thereof, and a mobile device and a touch pad using the same are provided to effectively perform input of the interface by a simple and convenient method in one hand. CONSTITUTION: A finger position detecting unit(100) detects a touch position of a finger. An operating unit(300) generates a variable point corresponding to the touch position of the finger. The operating unit operates a position of the variable point. A command unit generates an operation command signal according to movement of the finger or movement of the variable point. The movement of the variable point corresponds to the movement of the finger.
