PURPOSE: A capacitor electrode manufacturing method is provided to form the thin thickness of a base polymer layer by forming the base polymer layer through the spray method. CONSTITUTION: A base polymer layer is formed on the upper side of the electrode. A cation exchanger or an anion exchanger is formed on the base polymer layer. The electrode is built. The base polymer layer is formed by one method chosen from the group of methods including doctor blade coating, dipping, flooding, spin coating, spraying, brushing, and painting.
