The training device has a wooden base plate (1) including four longitudinally running mounting strips and eight metal inserts (6). Two wooden strips (2) are arranged at a lower side of the base plate and provided with two boreholes for longitudinally or diagonally mounting semicircular wooden sections (3). A plastic pipe is provided with two rubber rings and supported below the base plate. The metal inserts are screwed with the base plate. Pull straps (9) are provided at an end of a rubber cable (8) and attached to foot or wrist joint.
