PURPOSE: A slim damper hinge apparatus for home appliances, which damps impact when opening and closing a door, is provided to prevent the deformation by external load and to reduce a fill time of damper oil. CONSTITUTION: A slim damper hinge apparatus for home appliances comprises a main body(110), a cam drive part, a piston part and a shock absorbing damper part. The cam drive part is located on the bottom of the inner part of the main body and is connected to a shaft rod of a door. The cam drive part converts rotational motion to linear motion or converts linear motion to rotational motion. The piston part is connected to the cam drive part, and the shock absorbing damper part is connected to the top end part of the piston part. The piston part linearly and vertically shuttles. The shock absorbing damper part and expands a torsion spring. |
