PURPOSE: A water purifying apparatus for preventing the generation of rust and scales is provided to be cost effectively manufactured by including an o-ring between the fixing groove of a combining unit and the bent piece of a cover. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying apparatus is formed into a scupper shape. An inclined surface(13) is formed on the upper side of a body(10). A fixing groove(14) in a stair shape is formed on the lower end of the inclined surface. A circular combining groove(17) is formed on the outer circumference of the body. An intimate surface(32) bent along the outer circumference is formed on a cover(30). An o-ring(70) is installed between the fixing groove of the body and the bent piece of the cover.
