<p>A golf aid (10) comprising an elongate alignment member (12) provided with at least one through-hole (16) for receiving a golf tee. The golf aid can provide a golfer who is looking down at the ball (30) to ensure the club head (32) is correctly addressing the ball with an indication of the line along which the ball is intended to travel. Preferably the alignment member has a leading end portion that tapers on each side of the longitudinal axis of the alignment member.
