PURPOSE: A buckle having a key is provided, which makes security highs by equipping with a releasing member fitting in projection and/or a key groove. CONSTITUTION: A buckle having a key comprises: a female member(11) formed in a cylindrical form(111); a male member(12) which is detachably inserted into the inserting hole of the female member; and a releasing member(13) which releases the engagement of the male member and female member. The female member is integrally forms a first attachment unit, an insertion hole, and a first engagement portion.
