<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a lock actuator to be easily operated for control without using a key, by utilizing a portable communication terminal such as a cellular phone having an infrared transmission port, for example, even if a user does not have a remote-control transmitter on hand due to a loss thereof, etc., in an infrared remote-control lock operating device. SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal TP is equipped with the infrared transmission port P, an operation input means 10 for issuing an arbitrary command to transmit an infrared signal from the port P, and a transmission control means 11 which makes the infrared signal, corresponding to prescribed identification data, transmitted from the port P according to operation input into the means 10.</p> |
