PURPOSE: An one way clutch pulley is provided to protect a rotor connected to the shaft of an alternator by making the shaft of the alternator idle in changing the speed of an engine. CONSTITUTION: An outer ring(2) is combined with a belt connected to an engine. A cage is combined inside the outer ring and has a plurality of rollers which are supported by an elastic body. An inner core(4) is combined inside the cage and has the shaft of an alternator inside the inner core. A bearing(6) is combed in both side of the outer ring to protect the cage and the inner core.
