<p>A method of predicting metastatic potential, poor prognosis or lower overall survival of cancer patients is provided. The method utilizes at least two reliable markers, HIF-1±, TWIST or Snail, to predict the probability of the metastatic potential, prognosis situation or overall survival of cancer patients. Moreover, the method provided by the present invention can reach relatively higher predictability of metastatic potential, prognosis situation or overall survival as compared with the current markers.</p> |
