PURPOSE: A signal transmission method and an apparatus thereof for effectively transmitting signal from a multiple antenna system are provided to efficiently transmit the uplink signal. CONSTITUTION: A UE(User Equipment) receives power amplifier setup information from a base station(S130). The UE changes the set up a multi-power and multi power amplifier(S140). The UE changes the set up between power amplifier setup information. The UE transmits the signal to the base station according to the changed setup(S150). The power amplifier set up information includes the information directing the power amplifier connected to the multiple antenna.
