PURPOSE: A control apparatus of a battery circuit, a recharging control apparatus, an electronic device using the same, and a control method thereof are provided to recharge up to the desired recharging status by relieving the impact of detection error during recharging a secondary battery equipped with a protection circuit. CONSTITUTION: A main body member(2) comprises a power control unit(4) controlling the power for recharging a load(20) and a battery pack(1). The power control unit comprises a power circuit(21) supplying the power to the load, a recharger circuit, and a microcomputer. The charger circuit recharges the battery pack with the electricity from an AC adapter.
