PURPOSE: A composition of an agent for hair growth and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to continuously promote hair growth and prevent hair loss. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composition of an agent for hair growth comprises: a step of heating Acdrus asiaticus roots in hot water to obtain Acdrus asiaticus extract; a step of heating Coicis semen in hot water to obtain Coicis semen extract; a step of heating Linum usitatissium seed at 80-120°C for 10-40 minutes and cooling rapidly; a step of milking the Linum usitatissium seed at 80-120°C; and a step of filtering and precipitating for 10-20 days.
