PURPOSE: A head hinge with a wiring passage is provided to improve the bond between an insertion part and a post by forming at least one ring groove in the columnar direction of the insertion part. CONSTITUTION: A post(P) is supported to a stand base(S) and maintains a height. A head lamp(H) is supported to the post. The head lamp irradiates light which has proper illuminance to a location in which a user wants. A head hinge interlinks the post and the head lamp. A phase hinge part(7) is connected to the post. At least one ring groove is formed in the insertion part in a columnar direction.
