PURPOSE: A mold apparatus for forming films for parts of a vehicle is provided to prevent distortion of a film during heating and molding, since a film is stably gripped through pressing by surface-contact using a film jig. CONSTITUTION: A mold apparatus for forming films for parts of a vehicle comprises a film jig(100) and a press assembly(300). The film jig comprises a support(110) and a grip unit(120). The support has a through-hole(111). The support supports a film(F) for vehicle components. A perforated hole(121) is formed at the center of a gripping member. The gripping member is pressed to the upper surface of the support.
