摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify the crystal organization of an RTB-based sintered magnet, by uniformizing the crystal organization of a raw material alloy manufactured by a strip casting method. <P>SOLUTION: In the R-T-B-based sintered magnet, a sintered body uses a crystal particle comprising an R<SB>2</SB>T<SB>14</SB>B compound (R is one type or two types of elements selected from among rare earth elements; T is one type or at least two types of elements selected from among transition metal elements containing Fe, or Fe and Co) as the main phase, P and/or S is contained in the sintered body by 10-220 ppm.
