PURPOSE: A system and a method for online market service are provided to directly connect a product which a user purchased on online with a seller through a simple key operation of a user terminal, thereby performing additional service about the product. CONSTITUTION: An online market server(325) provides online market service. A user terminal requests additional service after using the online market service. A service center server(309) provides the menu of the additional service to a user terminal. The service center service connects the user terminal with a service center terminal. A voice/image transmission device(307) provides the menu of the additional service to voice or image. |
