PURPOSE: A gate driving device and a display device thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by being integrated on the non-display part of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A gate driving device comprises a first and a second stage. The first and the second stage output a first and a second gate output signal. The first stage comprises a transistor(T1,T2,T3) and a dummy transistor(Td). The second gate output signal is applied to the gate electrode of the transistor. The dummy source electrode of the dummy transistor is connected to the source electrode or the drain electrode of the transistor. The dummy transistor prevents electrostatic electricity which flows into the first stage.
