PURPOSE: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor)-LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) array substrate and a fabrication method thereof are provided to enhance the display brightness thereof. CONSTITUTION: Plural gate lines(11) and plural data lines(13) cross each other, and are classified as pixel regions. A pixel electrode(14) and a thin film transistor are formed at each pixel region. Two pixel regions adjacent to each other share one common electrode line(12), and a first light-shielding bar(15) and a second light-shielding bar(16) are connected to the common electrode line.
