A TACTILE SENSOR ARRAY AND A FABRICATING METHOD THE SAME

PURPOSE: A tactile sensor array and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to be easily used in real time by transferring the measured result by a strain gauge to outside through the wireless signal transfer. CONSTITUTION: A tactile sensor array(100) comprises a polymer substrate, a first strain gauge(136a), a second strain gauge(136b) and a cover polymer layer(140). A wiring pattern(124) is embedded in the substrate and a protrusion(128) including an incline(130) is formed on the surface of the substrate. The first strain gauge is formed on the surface of the polymer substrate and is connected to the wiring pattern. The second strain gauge is formed on the incline of the protrusion and is connected to the wiring pattern. The polymer layer covers is formed on the polymer substrate to cover the first strain gauge and the second strain gauge. The polymer substrate comprises a first polymer substrate(122), a second polymer substrate(126) and a protrusion.
