The device has an alerting hour disk (19) carrying indications corresponding to hours and an alerting minute disk (21) comprising indications corresponding to minutes, where one of the disks is in the form of a crown wheel provided with an inner teeth (24). The teeth are gripped with a mobile element (23). The mobile element is integrated with the other disk. The crown wheel is off-centered with respect to a hand of a mechanical alarm watch. The alerting minute disk is integrated to a triggering wheel that is driven in rotation by a winding and alarm time setting crown.
