摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent glittering and glaring and to improve visual recognizability in spite of sticking of a transparent high-polymer film on, a display surface by successively providing the surface of the transparent high-polymer film with first and second transparent hard coating layers respectively containing ionization radiation curing type resins and inorganic particles having average grain sizes of specific ranges. SOLUTION: The surface of the transparent high-polymer film 2 is successively provided with the first and second transparent hard coating layers 31 and 32. At least the ionization radiation curing type resin 311 and the inorganic particles 312 of the average grain size of 1 to 15 μm are incorporated into the first transparent hard coating layer 31, and at least the ionization radiation curing type resin 311 and the inorganic particles 322 of the average grain size of 5 to 50 nm are incorporated into the second transparent hard coating layer 32. The ionization radiation curing type resins 311 and 32 impart hard coatability to the transparent hard coating layers 3 successively provided with the first transparent hard coating layer 31 and the second transparent hard coating layer 32 and are capable of exhibiting the properties to prevent the glaring and glittering when the resins are combined with the inorganic particles.
