<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart system capable of intuitively recognizing information displayed on a display screen in the same way as the case of being stated on medical chart paper. <P>SOLUTION: The display screen 2a is divided in a plurality of regions including at least an input determined region 9 for displaying input operation determined information out of medical examination information set as the object of input operation by an input part. The input determined region 9 is divided in a first sub-region 9a for displaying subjective information, objective information and evaluation information, and a second sub-region 9b for displaying plan information.
