PURPOSE: An electronic part inspection apparatus is provided to obtain the image of an electronic component by including at least two inspection units. CONSTITUTION: A feeding unit supplies an electronic component. A transfer unit(110) transfers the electronic component. The transfer unit comprises a rotating disc(111). An alignment unit(120) aligns the transferred electronic component. A camera unit(210) takes a picture of the electronic component. A verification unit(200) distinguish whether the electronic component has a fault or not. A sorter(130) discharges the electronic component. |
