PURPOSE: The manufacturing method of a structural catalyst for converting methane to ethylene and the catalyst are provided to prevent the performance of the catalyst from reducing under a high temperature gas reaction. CONSTITUTION: A metal oxide thin film is formed on the surface of an alloy through an electrophoresis method using a metal oxide in a sol state in order to increase the surface area of the alloy. The alloy is used as a supporting body. A complex metal oxide catalyst for a methane oxide coupling reaction is uniformly and densely dispersed on the surface of the alloy using an electrophoresis method. |
