PURPOSE: A system and a method for servicing import and export chemical substance law using the internet are provided to enable a client to check risk of import and export goods and easily solve reporting procedures. CONSTITUTION: A customer management server(200) comprises a my page. Through the my page, the chemical material field which a client applied and progress state of a service which the client applied. A DB(300) comprises MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheets) DB, chemical material DB, and request form DB. A customer application form module(400) is connected to the client management module and the DB.
