PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing skin materials with texture of suede for interior materials of a vehicle is provided to reduce costs, since fluffs are formed by adding gas capsule foaming agent to a cheap PVC material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing skin materials with texture of suede for interior materials of a vehicle comprises following steps. A PVC sheet is manufactured by a calendaring process. The top of the PVC sheet is coated with first surfactant which includes gas capsule foaming agent. The surface of the coated PVC sheet is heated. The heated PVC sheet is coated with second surfactant.
