PURPOSE: A carbon nanotube including a molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP), and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the safety of the nanotube, and to improve the specificity. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotube including a molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) comprises a carbon nanotube, and the MIP fixed to the surface of the carbon nanotube. The MIP is fixed to the surface of the carbon nanotube using an iniferter. A manufacturing method of the carbon nanotube including the MIP comprises a step of combining the iniferter to the surface of the carbon nanotube, and a step of combining the MIP to the iniferter.
