<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmission system using a WDM which plans the reduction of introductory cost and a high investment effect to a user who plans the optical transmission system. <P>SOLUTION: The optical transmission system using the WDM to be displayed includes a WDM unit 41 which transmits a plurality of wavelengths to a transmission line 3 for connecting between a plurality of communication entrepreneur offices 1 and a subscriber's premise 2 and separating and relaying the transmission line 3 from the subscriber's premise to the transmission line 3 for every transmission entrepreneur office 1, a first optical terminating device 11 and a second optical terminating device 21 which are connected to the transmission line 3 of the communication entrepreneur 1 side and the subscriber's premise 2 side, a first communication unit 12 and a second communication unit 13 which transfer the communication from the first optical terminating device 11 to a high order network 5, first customer premise wiring 22 and second customer premise wiring 23 which is connected with the second optical terminating device 21 to separate the wavelength, a router 24 connected to the first customer premise wiring 22 and the second customer premise wiring 23, and an information communication terminal 25 connected to the router 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
