摘要 PURPOSE: A method and a system for processing postponement of loan through a call center and a recording medium for the same are provide to keep recorded voice data after recording the calling history which a client performed through a call center, thereby the client can solve afterward problem through the stored data. CONSTITUTION: A storage medium(160) stores the received postponement target load information if postponement target loan information including loan postponement guideline information is received. A loan management server(100) receives the postponement target loan information including the loan postponement guide line information. The loan management server provides the received postponement loan information to a call center. The loan management server stores the postpone target loan information in the storage medium.
