TIRE RUBBER COMPOSITION HAVING MINERALS

PURPOSE: A tire rubber composition containing an inorganic material is provided to improve the lifetime and the physical properties of a tire and to enhance the molding ability of the composition by sustaining high surface activity when the composition is extruded. CONSTITUTION: A tire rubber composition for a tread(1), a sidewall(2), and an inner liner(6) of a tire for vehicles contains 3~80wt% of potassium carbonate, and 0.1~30wt% of inorganic material. The inorganic material is selected from the group consisting of an aluminate coupling agent and a zirco-coupling agent. The potassium carbonate, is formed with minute calcium carbonate with an average particle diameter of 1~100 microns.
