PURPOSE: An exercise device for exercising the abdominal muscle is provided, which removes resistance of exercise by removing load on large intestine. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device for exercising the abdominal muscle comprises: a slide part for reciprocating the knee forward and backward in a posture of lying on one's stomach; and a part for strengthening the abdominal muscle and waist muscle without moving the upper body in exercise by settling the shoulder on a holder.
