The portioning module has multiple portioning chambers with different cross sectional sizes, where the cross-sections of the portioning chambers correspond to the cross sections of the shaping tubes. An independent claim is also included for a method for cutting weight-accurate slices of a cutting material with limited form-stability, particularly meat or fish. |
