PURPOSE: A log-in process system and a method thereof are provided to reinforce the security by implementing the authorization process using cell phone authorization or authorization key registered as a part of subscriber information. CONSTITUTION: A log-in information receiving part(31) receives the login information and the characteristic information through the communications network. A first authorization processor(32) implements the first authorization by examining the log-in information received by the log-in information receiving part.
