PURPOSE: A non-flammable and heat-insulating paste composition and an environment-friendly non-combustible insulating material using thereof are provided to easily spread the composition with a simple spreading process regardless of the shape of an object. CONSTITUTION: A non-flammable and heat-insulating paste composition contains 100 parts of water-soluble inorganic flame-retardant composition by weight, and 10~25 parts of expanded graphite by weight. The water-soluble inorganic flame-retardant composition includes 1~3wt% of phosphorous-based flame retardant including a carboxylic acid derivative marked with chemical formula 1, 18~25wt% of first metal oxide, 40~53wt% of second metal oxide including silicon dioxide, and the balance of water. |
