BALLAST WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM WITH HIGH EFFICIENT ELECTROLYZING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A system for processing ballast water using a high efficient electrolysis device is provided to maximize electrolysis efficiency by varying the structures of an electrolysis tank and an electrode and introducing a first treatment step of the ballast water to the front end of the electrolysis tank and to prevent marine pollution by improving the efficiency of a neutralizing agent. CONSTITUTION: A system for processing ballast water comprises: a filter type waste treatment pipe(40) which is installed on an inflow pipe of the ballast water and kills microorganisms by adding physical shocks to aquatic organisms and the microorganisms; an electrolysis tank which is installed on the exit of the filter type water treatment pipe and completely removes residual aquatic organisms and microorganisms by producing residual chlorine using an electrolysis device; a neutralizing device which neutralizes the residual chlorine using a neutralizing agent; and a filter type partition(41) which is installed on the inner part of the water treatment pipe.
