The present invention relates to a flat plate-type LED lamp, wherein an illumination color-converting phosphor plate and a light diffusing plate, on which an illumination color converting phosphor and/or a light diffusing body are mixed, are installed on a heat resistant transparent resin matrix on a dot-type LED module plate arranged into a matrix, to thereby obtain white light or yellow-white light for illumination in a convenient and inexpensive manner from blue LEDs, violet LEDs, or ultraviolet LEDs, which have a long lifespan and a high luminance without using expensive high luminance white LEDs. The flat plate-type LED lamp comprises: a dot-type LED module plate on which a plurality of LED mounting units are arranged into a matrix of row lines and column lines; a plurality of LEDs mounted on the LED mounting units, and electrically connected to a printed circuit board; an illumination color-converting phosphor plate for converting the color emitted from the plurality of LEDs arranged in the dot-type LED module plate; a transparent light emitting plate for emitting light converted and emitted from the illumination color-converting phosphor plate to the outside; and a housing for accommodating and fixing the LED module plate, the illumination color-converting phosphor plate, and the transparent light emitting plate therein. |
